Everything you keep secret, in one place

Passwords and autofill

Save passwords as you sign in and fill them on every site with the browser extension.

2FA codes built in

No separate authenticator app. Codes sit next to the login they belong to.

Passkeys

Sign in with Face ID or Touch ID instead of a password, on sites that support it.

Cards, IDs, notes and files

Bank cards, passports, API keys and documents, all encrypted the same way.

Zero-knowledge

Your keys never leave your devices. The server stores only data it cannot read.

Your own server

Run the vault in your own cloud account, or let us host it. You own the data.

Why choose SoloSecretsManager?

You own the server

Most password managers keep your vault on their servers. Ours runs on yours, or on one we run just for you.

One app, not three

Password manager, authenticator and developer secret store in one place.

No back door

No admin account and no master key. Only your devices can open your vault.

Made for one person

No team features you will never use. Every screen does one thing.

Switch in minutes

Export from your current password manager and import the file. Logins, notes and 2FA codes come across in one go.

How to import

Works everywhere you do

iPhone and iPad

Face ID unlock, AutoFill and passkeys.

Android

Fingerprint unlock and autofill.

Web app

Your full vault in any modern browser.

Browser extension

Save and fill passwords as you browse.

Frequently asked questions

Can you read my passwords?

No. Your vault is encrypted on your device with keys only your devices hold. We, your cloud provider and anyone who reaches the server see only scrambled data.

What if I forget my password?

Use the recovery code in your Emergency Kit. Without it, nobody can open the vault, not even us. That is the price of zero-knowledge. More

Where is my data stored?

On the SoloSecretsManager server you run in your own cloud account, or on one we host for you. Either way it is stored encrypted.

What happens if I lose my phone?

Remove it from another device under Settings → Devices. Without your unlock, the lost phone shows nothing.

Do I still need an authenticator app?

No. SoloSecretsManager makes the 6-digit 2FA codes itself.

How do I get it?
